WHAT YOU EARN

15% of first-year revenue, uncapped

You earn 15% of what each client you bring in pays in their first 12 months. Paid monthly. Examples:

RETAINER

$1,000/mo client

≈ $1,800 over their first year (about $150/mo to you).

BIGGER RETAINER

$2,000/mo client

≈ $3,600 over their first year, from one deal.

PROJECT

$10,000 build

$1,500 when the project is paid. Then go close the next one.

Monthly, on what your clients have actually paid. You earn 15% of each client’s payments during their first 12 months as a client. Most of our work is monthly retainers, so a single client pays you across the whole year.
Do leads you give me pay the same?
Yes, the same 15%. Whether you bring in a client yourself or close a lead (or a prospect from our database) we hand you, you earn 15% of their first-year revenue, uncapped, paid monthly on revenue actually collected.
Is this employment?
No. You’re an independent contractor (1099): you control your own hours, methods, and tools, work remotely, and handle your own taxes. We’ll provide a simple commission agreement and request a W-9.
What do I actually sell?
BrandShyp’s commercial services: websites, digital marketing, AI automation, and custom software. You open the door and introduce the client; our team handles scoping, pricing, and delivery. We support you through the close.
Do I need to be in San Antonio?
No, the role is remote and US-based. Local reps have a natural advantage in our home market, but your network is your territory.
Can I sell to government agencies?
This role is for commercial (private-sector) clients only. Government opportunities run through a separate channel and aren’t part of the commission program.
