BrandShyp LLC is a technology company in San Antonio, Texas that builds websites, custom software and AI automation, and runs digital marketing, for US businesses. In Sri Lanka we operate through Harker International (Pvt) Ltd, the company behind SriLankaExport.com.

You contact private-sector US businesses (not government) by email, LinkedIn and phone, qualify their interest and book calls with our team. Our team handles proposals and delivery. You report to a manager in Sri Lanka and keep your leads up to date in our CRM.

WHAT YOU EARN

15% of each client’s first-year payments

Commission only. You earn 15% of what each client you bring in pays in their first 12 months, paid in rupees by Harker International as each client pays (within 7 business days of each payment). Examples in USD, with approximate LKR:

Figures are illustrative, not a guarantee. Commission is paid only on money clients actually pay. LKR at about LKR 330 = USD 1; the rate on the day of payment applies. The full 15% applies to the first US$20,000 a client pays in their first year, and 7.5% above that. No limit on the number of clients.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH

Clear and above board

You are engaged and paid by Harker International (Private) Limited, Reg. No. PV 00338032, Kandy, Sri Lanka, as an independent sales representative (not an employee), under the Sri Lanka sales representative agreement. You sell the services of its group company BrandShyp LLC (USA).

Path to a permanent role: bring in 3 paying clients, or US$15,000 in signed first-year contract value, within your first 6 months and you will be considered for a permanent position.

You should have

Conversational English
Experience in sales, call centre, BPO or marketing
Some evening hours to overlap with the US
A reliable laptop and internet
Organised, consistent follow-up
A plus: CRM experience, or selling to US customers

What you’ll sell

Websites & marketing: web design and development, SEO and digital marketing, brand and identity design
AI & software: custom software, AI automation, AI-powered CRM and sales pipelines, AI data analysis
Other services: website accessibility checks and fixes, translation and localization

Not part of this role: anything for a government body, and BrandShyp’s government-contracting and CMMC compliance services. Those are handled by our US team only.

Is there a base salary?

No. It is commission only: 15% of what each client you bring in pays in their first 12 months (7.5% on anything a single client pays above US$20,000 in that year). Strong performers are considered for permanent roles.

When and how am I paid?

In rupees, into your own Sri Lankan bank account, by Harker International, within 7 business days of each client payment clearing. Commission is only paid on money a client has actually paid.

Is it full time?

It starts as freelance, and you choose your hours. US businesses are reachable in the Sri Lankan evening, so some evening hours are needed.

Who are the customers?

Private-sector businesses in the United States. Government work, government-contracting services and CMMC compliance services are not part of this role and never earn commission.
