When you engage BrandShyp for services, we collect business and billing information necessary to fulfill the engagement, including company name, address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe); we do not store full payment card data.

Website Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools (including Jetpack and related services) to understand how visitors use our site. This includes pages visited, time on site, browser type, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally.

Media Uploads

6. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number to BrandShyp, through our contact form, by booking a consultation, or during a phone or email conversation, we may send you SMS text messages related solely to that interaction. Message types include: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, and service updates. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS through this channel.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our service delivery (for example, our SMS provider, Twilio) is permitted strictly to deliver the messages you have opted into. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Client billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years per Texas business record requirements. You may request deletion of data that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.
