BrandShyp LLC conducts business with honesty, integrity, and accountability. We compete and deliver on the merits of our work. This Code applies to all personnel and approved subcontractors in every engagement, public or commercial.

1. Ethical Standards

  • Integrity & honesty. We represent our qualifications, capabilities, and results truthfully. We do not make claims we cannot support or commit to contractually.
  • No improper influence. We do not offer gifts, gratuities, kickbacks, or anything of value to influence a contracting decision, and we comply with applicable client and government ethics rules, including conflict-of-interest disclosure laws such as Chapter 176 of the Texas Local Government Code.
  • Conflicts of interest. We disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest promptly and in writing, and recuse ourselves where appropriate.
  • Fair dealing. We deal fairly with clients, partners, subcontractors, and the public, and do not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or anticompetitive practices.
  • Confidentiality. We protect client and stakeholder confidential information per our Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy.
  • Compliance. We comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and are not debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from contracting.
  • Respect & non-discrimination. We provide services without discrimination and maintain respectful, professional relationships with all stakeholders.

2. Complaint Resolution

We treat every client or stakeholder concern as an opportunity to make our service right.

  • Submit. Concerns may be submitted to [email protected] or by phone at (830) 331-5853, attention Owner/Principal.
  • Acknowledge. We acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days.
  • Review. A principal investigates, gathering relevant facts and consulting the complainant as needed.
  • Resolve. We provide a written response and proposed resolution within ten (10) business days of acknowledgment, or communicate a revised timeline if more time is required.
  • Escalate. If the complainant is not satisfied, the matter is escalated to the other principal for final review; for contracted government work, we cooperate fully with the client’s own complaint and dispute procedures.
  • Record & improve. We document each complaint and its resolution and review them to improve our services.

3. Non-Retaliation

BrandShyp does not retaliate against anyone who raises a good-faith concern or complaint.

4. Accountability

The Owner/Principal is responsible for upholding this Code. Violations may result in corrective action up to termination of personnel or subcontractor relationships.
