Past Performance & Deployed Systems
Defense in depth, by default.
Every deployment ships with the same hardening baseline. No bolted-on plugins, no security theater.
p=quarantine · SPF aligned · DKIM signedCommercial deployments. Government-grade discipline.
Public platforms and in-house software systems, engineered and operated end to end. Live infrastructure you can visit and verify, with the architecture behind it in our engineering case studies.

Public platforms we engineered and operate end to end. Every one is live: visit and verify.

Sri Lanka Export
Trilingual B2B export marketplace with a custom Python translation pipeline and headless commerce.

Nomad Property Inspection
Regional inspection platform with LocalBusiness schema, automated lead capture, and a gated client portal.

True Natura
Installable PWA storefront for a wellness brand, with a programmatic Brand and Manufacturer schema pipeline.

Hike Lanka
Trekking platform with 50 content pages, self-hosted booking, three hand-coded calculators, and a vendor marketplace.

Shimmer Lane
Multi-brand beauty headless-commerce on a custom child theme, with a programmatic image pipeline and installable PWA.

500 Sixth
Luxury residential property platform with a fully custom theme, RealEstate schema, and CWV-tuned asset delivery.

Livin La Vida Local
Local media platform with LocalBusiness JSON-LD taxonomies, editorial content silos, and RSS syndication endpoints.

DADO Group
Content and messaging engagement for a San Antonio architecture and design-build firm, repositioning the firm’s services and introducing a new AI-services offering on their existing site.
Custom Software Builds
Not every system has a public URL. These are the in-house engineering builds running BrandShyp’s own operations: proof we ship the discipline we sell, not just consume it.

LLM-Orchestrated Workflow Engine
A proprietary automation platform for sales and marketing operations: pipeline data enrichment, reply classification, and human-checkpointed LLM workflows that cut manual overhead.

Multi-Site Operations CLI
Python CLI orchestrating seven production WordPress sites over SSH. Drift detection, automated updates, performance audits, cache baselines with rollback, and nightly backups.

Defense-in-Depth + Schema Injection
Cross-site hardening runtime: XML-RPC blocked at PHP entry, REST enumeration restricted, security headers shipped, platform fingerprint scrubbed, AI bot policy, and schema.org JSON-LD.

Self-Hosted Scheduling
Self-hosted scheduling backend on a dedicated subdomain with a hand-coded JS widget. CORS-validated API, conditional availability, real-time alerts, transactional confirmations.

An interactive GovCon tooling suite
A family of tools we built for our own government-contracting work, then made free: an SPRS score calculator, POA&M builder, CMMC fit-check, capability-statement generator, and NIST 800-171 and Section 508 checkers. No signup, nothing stored.

Twelve public-records systems, running against a city’s own data
Production ETL over San Antonio and Texas open data: reconciled on every build, published with a documented API, and open for anyone to check. This is the closest thing we have to a live audition for a public-sector data contract, because the buyer can inspect the work without talking to us first.
Reconcile or refuse
Every build cross-checks its own totals against the source and aborts rather than publish a figure that does not add up. One ledger will not build unless the mapped, citywide and unplottable money sums to the voter-approved total exactly. A broken run leaves the last good data in place.
The limits are the deliverable
Each system states what its record cannot support, on the face of the page rather than in a footnote. The accessibility audit certifies no trail as compliant, because the City’s inventory holds no grade or cross slope. Coverage rates ship beside every figure they qualify.
Documented and callable
Fifteen read-only API resources with OpenAPI 3.1 specifications, CSV exports, quality endpoints returning each dataset’s known traps as structured data, and no key required. Versioned and provenance-carrying, the way we build a data system on contract.
Building permits and their valuation coverage rate. Trail and sidewalk accessibility. 311 response times scored against the City’s own deadline. Data center construction across four separate records that must never be added together. The 2017 and 2022 bond ledgers. Reported crime, license plate reader siting, aggressive driving, and mixed beverage receipts.
Open the platform → Read the API docs →Built to handle Controlled Unclassified Information
When BrandShyp handles Controlled Unclassified Information, it stays in a dedicated, isolated enclave, separate from our commercial workloads, on infrastructure we own and operate. The same hardening discipline behind every deployment, applied where CUI belongs.
Isolated by design
Our CUI enclave is built and assessed to process and store Controlled Unclassified Information, segregated from commercial sites and data, on servers we own and operate. No shared SaaS for sensitive workloads.
Encrypted, least privilege
Encryption in transit and at rest. Multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, zero-trust gating, and SSH key-only administration, with audit logging and nightly encrypted backups.
NIST 800-171 and CMMC L2
A completed NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment across all 110 requirements, affirmed in SPRS as CMMC Level 2 (Self), and maintained as an operational baseline.
Honest about scope. This reflects BrandShyp’s own NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment, not a third-party (C3PAO) certification. A self-assessment is a floor, not a guarantee. We confine any CUI handling to the enclave and confirm the applicable requirements against each solicitation and Contracting Officer.
Some work we discuss only under NDA
Not every engagement is public. Selected software and secure-delivery work is governed by confidentiality and is not published here. We provide a capability briefing and, where permissible, references to qualified contracting officers and prime contractors on request, under appropriate confidentiality.
