Texas businesses: offer an in-person visit first, or a video call if they prefer. For any business in Texas, offer a 20-minute visit at their office with our San Antonio team (we visit San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth). If they would rather meet by video, that is fine: send your tracked link. On the phone: one or two questions, no walkthrough of services, the demo or prices. If they say yes, send the Copy visit link from their card: they pick a time on our calendar. Send demo and video links by email after the call, from the card (they offer the visit first, then video). Emails can still include starting prices. Businesses outside Texas: nothing changes.
What to send

Things an owner can open

Owners do not buy from a stranger’s promise. They buy what they can see working. Send one of these, not a brochure.

Send videos from your rep page, not from here. Its “Videos to send” buttons copy a brandshyp.org/watch/ link with your code already in it, so if the owner books after watching, the lead is yours. Never send a YouTube or .mp4 link on its own: nobody can tell it came from you.

For businesses (64 seconds)

A 13-language export website we built and run, with its directory and trade tools. Send to owners who need a website or online store.

Tools and data (64 seconds)

Our “ask your data” demo and live data tools. Send to owners who talk about spreadsheets, reports or wasted admin time.

Open the page you send

Free AI search check

Run a prospect’s website through it and send them the score. It is a reason to write that is about them.

Open the check

40+ free tools

San Antonio data maps, calculators and checks. Useful when an owner asks what we have built.

Open

Example sites: their own homepage, with our features drawn on

Dentists, med spas, HVAC and plumbing, law firms, eye care and vets. Each business card on your rep page has a Copy demo link button. For most businesses the demo opens on a phone screenshot of their own homepage, then shows it with our features added, plus their own numbers. Your code is already in the link, and your card shows when they open it. For marketing (Google, ads, social, email), use Copy marketing demo: it works for any business. Lead with the industry demo (booking at night, missed calls answered): owners have not heard that a hundred times. Bring in marketing second, as the add-on (“and we can get you found too”), or when they ask about Google, ads or social first.

See all six

Always send the demo from the business’s card, not this page. Say plainly that the new features are a mock-up, not a change to their site: the page says so too. Use “Preview” to look at it yourself, so your own visit does not count as theirs opening it.

A first email that works

Short, about them, one ask

Put the opener from your rep page in the second paragraph. The follow-up emails are in the playbook.

I looked at [website] before writing. [Your opener, in one plain sentence, for example: patients cannot book online, or the site is hard to use on a phone.]

We build websites, AI assistants and automation for businesses like yours. Here is one we run, in 13 languages: [watch link from your rep page]

US law (CAN-SPAM) needs the real postal address and an easy way to say no in every email. Honor every “no” the same day. Send at most 10 new cold emails a day. Replies and follow-ups do not count.

Good question. I want you to get an exact answer, not my guess, so I have passed it to our team in San Antonio. They will reply within one business day, or you can ask them directly on a 30-minute call: [your tracked link]

What owners ask you

Honest answers to the usual questions

Tap a question to open the answer.

“Where are you based?”
You do not need to bring it up. If asked: “I work remotely with BrandShyp’s team in San Antonio.” Only if they ask where exactly: “I’m in Sri Lanka. The company is in San Antonio, Texas, and the US team runs your project.” Never say you are in the US.
“Who have you worked with?”
“Much of our work is under NDA, so we don’t name clients. What I can show you is live: [a tool or watch link]. On the 30-minute call our team walks you through real work and can answer that in detail.” Then go back to their site. Never name a client, give a number of clients, or describe results. Those questions belong to the team.
“How much does it cost?”
Outside Texas: give the “from” price above, then: “The team gives you a fixed price in writing after a 30-minute call. No hourly meter.” Texas, on the phone: “It depends on what you need. We go over pricing when we meet, and you get a fixed price in writing.” Starting prices can go in an email.
“We already have a website person.”
“Good. This is not about replacing them. Want me to run the free AI search check so you can see where you stand?”
“Send me some information.”
Send one video and one tool result, not a brochure. Follow up three business days later with one question.
“How long have you been doing this?”
“The team can walk you through that on the call. What matters today is [the opener] on your site.” Do not give a number of years, projects or clients.
“It’s too expensive.”
“Fair. That is why the call is free and the price comes in writing first, so you decide with real numbers. Some of what I mentioned is a small fix.” Never offer a discount.
“We built it on Wix / Squarespace / GoDaddy.”
“That’s fine. Often what I noticed can be fixed without starting over. The team will tell you which on the call.”
“Can’t I just do this with ChatGPT?”
“For some of it, yes, and the team will tell you which parts. The work is making it run on your site, with your booking and your phone, and keeping it running.”
“We tried an agency and it went badly.”
“Sorry to hear that. What went wrong?” Listen and write it down for management. Then: “That is why you get a fixed price and scope in writing before anything starts.”
“Now is not a good time.”
“Understood. When would be better?” Note the month on the business’s card. You can keep it as a “maybe later” for up to 45 days.
“Is this a scam? How did you get my number?”
“Fair question. Your number is on your website, and I called because of [the opener]. BrandShyp is a registered Texas company, brandshyp.org. If you would rather not hear from us, I’ll take you off the list now.” If yes, press “Asked us not to contact”.
“Are you a robot? A call center?”
“No, I’m [your name], on BrandShyp’s sales team. I looked at your site myself before I called.”
“Can you guarantee more patients / customers?”
“No honest firm can promise that. What the team can show you is what is costing you bookings now and what it costs to fix.” Never promise results.
“Just email me a price.”
“The starting price is [from the table above]. The exact price depends on your site, so the team writes it after a 30-minute look, with no obligation.”
“Who will do the work?”
“Our team in San Antonio. You meet them on the 30-minute call.”
“Is this government work?”
If it is for any government body, stop and pass it to management. It carries no commission, and the US team handles it.
Calling: call only when the light on your rep page is green, only from your BrandShyp softphone (it checks the hours and logs every call), and at most 3 times per business. The full routine and scripts are in the playbook.
